TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of First Generation Corporate Careers (FGCC), and the other products, features, apps, services, technologies, and software we offer except where we expressly state separate and different terms expressly apply. You are entering into this Contract with First Generation Corporate Careers (also referred to as "FGCC", "we" and "us").
Updating Our Terms
We agree that changes cannot be retroactive.
Once any updated Terms and Conditions are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products and Services. We hope that you will continue to use our Products and Services but if you object to any changes, you may close and delete your account. Your continued use of our Products and Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these Terms and Conditions means that you are consenting to the updated Terms and Conditions as of their effective date.
By using our Products and Services, you agree that we can show you ads that we think will be relevant to you and your interests. Your personal data may be used to determine which ads to show you.
We show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services that are offered by many businesses and organizations Advertisers may tell us things like the kind of audience they want to see their ads, and we show those ads to people who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports about the performance of their ads that help them understand how people are interacting with their content.
To operate our global services, we need to store and distribute content and data in our data centers and systems across the world which may be located and stored outside your country of residence. This technology infrastructure may be operated or controlled by First Generation Corporate Careers or its affiliates.
We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Products and Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. It can also include what you see through features we provide. Our systems automatically process content and communications you and others provide to analyze the context and purpose thereof.
We collect information about the people, Pages, accounts, hashtags and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Products and Services, such as people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know.
Your usage. We collect information about how you use our Products, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Products, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use our features.
We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use our Products and Services. This can include information about you, such as when others share or comment on a photo of you, send a message to you, or upload, sync or import your contact information.
If you use our Products for purchases or other financial transactions we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.
We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay other Services you may buy.
Membership, Services and User Eligibility
When you choose to register, update profile content, and join First Generation Corporate Careers you become a member. If you have chosen not to register, you may access certain content features as a "guest" or "visitor." Basic membership is free of charge. Premium membership and other paid services options are available for a fee.
If you buy any of our paid Services you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Additional exchange rate premiums may apply where allowed by law. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services.
If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date
As a member you are designated an account holder and as such you agree: (1) not to share your account with anyone else (2) to commit to abide and follow the rules of FCCC (3) to commit to abide by the law (4) to keep your password confidential (5) to use a strong password (6) to not transfer any part of your account (7) to follow our community policies and standards
You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
As between you and others (including your employer), your account belongs to you. If the account Services were purchased by another party for you to use (such as a recruiter or social media influencer account purchased by an employer), the party paying for such Service has the right to control access to and get reports on your use of such paid Service; however, they do not have rights to your personal account.
To use the Product and Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” of 18 years old or older except where local law requires that you must be older in order for FGCC to lawfully provide the services and products to you without parental consent then the minimum age is the locally required older age; (2) you will only have one FGCC account, which must be registered in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by FGCC from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms.
FGCC aims to connect current, past and hopeful corporate professionals across the globe. To help achieve this target we help you find and connect with people, businesses, groups and organizations that matter to you across the FGCC products and services that you use. We use the data that we have to provide you with a personalized experience on FGCC for all of the features offered. We provide a means for you to share your ideas and information. We engage in research and analysis to help make our products and services better.
We use the information we have (including your activity off our Products, such as the websites you visit and ads you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services.
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
Product and Service Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extent allowed under the law.
We want First Generation Corporate Careers to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms, Conditions or Policies, we may suspend or permanently disable access to your account. We may also suspend or disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights or where we are required to do so for legal reasons.
Where we take such action we’ll let you know and explain any options you have to request a review, unless doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm our community of users; compromise or interfere with the integrity or operation of any of our services, systems or Products; where we are restricted due to technical limitations; or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.
If you delete or we disable your account, these Terms and Conditions shall terminate as an agreement between you and us.
At certain points in the FirstGenerationCorporateCareers.com website navigation, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in our Terms and Conditions, such information will never be publicly visible without your express written consent.
Use of the Site
The FirstGenerationCorporateCareers.com website hosts a blog, forum and online networking community all of which are equipped with commenting facilities. While we invite you to share your opinions and questions in this way, they must not be used to distribute spam messages, post commercial advertisements, or spread links to malicious or dangerous websites. We do retain the right to moderate any comment or written content submitted to the FirstGenerationCorporateCareers.com website and to remove any content we deem to have violated our policies.

You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content about others when we let connections and followers know you or your organization were mentioned in the news.
You acknowledge that FGCC does not supervise, direct, control or monitor Members in the performance of these services and agree that (1) FGCC is not responsible for the offering, performance or procurement of these services, (2) FGCC does not endorse any particular Member’s offered services, and (3) nothing shall create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between FGCC and any Member offering services.
FGCC and its affiliates make no representation or warranty about the services, including any representation that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the services (including content and information) on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, FGCC and its affiliates disclaim any implied or statutory warranty including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and unless FGCC has entered into a separate written agreement that overrides this contract), FGCC, including its affiliates, will not be liable in connection with this contract for lost profits or lost business opportunities, reputation (e.g., offensive or defamatory statements), loss data (e.g. down time or loss, use of, or changes to, your information or content) or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Any and all of the content presented on the FirstGenerationsCorporateCareers.com website is, unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to a copyright held by FirstGenerationCorporateCareers.com. It is permissible to link to content from this site as long as the original source is clearly stated, but the wholesale reproduction or partial modification of content is not permitted.
