I Feel Like I've Been Mislabeled As "Karen." What Can I Do? Well well well. Somebody down called you or referenced you as "Karen." If you've overheard a co-worker referring to you as Karen or if someone has called you "Karen" to your face then take it as a learning experience and an opportunity for some self reflection. Ask a trusted seemingly woke colleague for insight towards what behavior or attitude that you may have exhibited to have garnered you that label. Pray and ask God for wisdom and clarity in that regard. Ask him to show you what behavior or attitudes that you may need to change and stop doing those acts. Ask him for insight on how you should behave moving forward.
