Blue Flower

It is never too early or late to serve as a mentor to someone else. If you're new to corporate America you can seek mentees who are still in college or high school. You can help advise them on the educational front and advocate for them for internships at your company. As you climb the corporate ladder bring your mentees up with you. If you are in middle management or at the executive level feel free to serve as a mentor to those who are early in their career.

Feel free to comment below on your mentoring experiences. Have you served as a mentor or been mentored by others? How did you find your mentor? Did you find the mentoring relationship beneficial? Let the FGCC family know.
