It was a very cold raining early Spring morning. Livy had to get up at 4 a.m. to meet Foley at their office to drive together a few hours south of their city to a subsidiary location. When Livy entered Foley's car he told her that his heat was out. It was so cold that Livy's toes started to get numb. They had to stop by a Walmart for Livy to get a few more pairs of socks to put on. Foley talked Livy's head off the entire ride. He asked more than a few intrusive questions. Foley played a far left news radio station in the background which went against all of Livy's beliefs.
The two of them finally arrive and their names are listed on the marque. Livy smiled seeing her name listed with a nice "Welcome" greeting but she was hungry. Foley promised to stop to get something to eat for breakfast but there was no time. The people that they went to meet hadn't even showed up when they arrived. When they finally did arrived and met it was like they were speaking two different languages. It took awhile for them to all get on the same page. Finally lunch time arrived but they were in the middle of no where. There was one diner nearby and Foley didn't want to go any further because it was raining so hard. The diner was gross. The cook looked like her played in his booty all day. Livy felt that if she got something off the grill it would at least burn off any possible germs.
