Benefits of Working With Corporate Headhunters and Recruiters - Are They Worth The Headache?

If you're in the workforce there is a good chance that you have encountered a headhunter or temporary agency recruiter. Often times smaller companies will turn to these firms to find talent as

they don't have HR recruiters on staff. Or to find a highly seasoned and experienced professional major companies will enlist a headhunter to find individuals who met their very specific needs. Since headhunters have inside connections with many organizations forming a relationship with them can be beneficial. Alternatively, these people keep their clients interest and their own first so rarely are they truly invested in helping us get a job.

I have registered with countless placement agencies and independent headhunters over the years. Apple One, Volt, Office Team, Kelly Financial, Robert Half, KForce, Randstad, Adecco, Manpower, Streffco. You name it I've tried them. Some good, some bad, some downright ugly.
